So it took us a minute, but stretch goal one is under wraps: In addition to Mark's outstanding ghost story, you'll be getting a complete mind bender of a bonus encounter! And now, it's on to the next one. If we can get to $2000, which gives us a little over a week bring in another just over $200, we'll be able to contract some additional art to spice this baby up even more. So--go tell your friends, your neighbors, your great aunt Matilda! Order up some Wayward Western goodness!

Inside the Dark and Demented Mind of Mad Mark Manchester

As Dark Dwelling on the Prairie continues to work its devilish way through its Backerkit run, Stefan Surratt (who just MIGHT do a guest encounter inspired by the Robert Chambers story, Yellow Sign, for us if'n we raise enough coin!) sat down with author and Dark Council madman Mark Manchester to discuss his aims and inspirations. Here's the link if you're of the persuasion. Otherwise, happy Thursday and ramble on, cowpokes!

Don't look now, pardner...

But we're funded!

Sorry for the delay, as we actually funded Thursday night while the Wayward Studios Dark Council threw down and gamed it up at Gary Con (and conveniently forgot our laptops), but Dark Dwelling on the Prairie is go! And now: on to the incentives...

First up, at $1750, is an extra-special bonus encounter by extra-special guest writer, Stefan Surratt of Dragon Peak Publishing. The Council has chatted on what Good Ol' Stefan's got in mind, and this ain't no standard shoot'em up, mister: anyone who's played one of his creations knows that Stefan Surratt doesn't do simple or easy!

Then after we crash through that, there'll be chances for more art, more encounters, more everything: the sky's the limit at Wayward Studios--so gather up yer posse and toss down yer chips, and let's get rowdy!

Also, writer of Dark Dwellings, Mark Manchester did an interview with the good Mr. Surratt which will be appearing in Stefan's blog this Thursday. Do come take a gander!

Thank y'all so much--we'll be back in touch with you soon!
